Puerto Rican journalist and television anchor who is best recognized for his long career with WAPA-TV. During his service, he earned the Guinness World Record for anchorman with the longest career at the same station for his 43 year stretch.
Prior to his work in television, he served in the US Army in the Vietnam War and later the Air National Guard. He started his career with WAPA-TV in 1969.
He is also known for having provided voiceover work for the WAPA program "Ahí esta la verdad".
He was born and raised in Puerto Rico.
