Having been born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a genetic disease that is often described as "brittle bones disease," her contagious positivity and steadfast spirit in the face of the daily challenges her disability presents, have helped her become a standout figure on social media. Her platform has primarily featured makeup tutorials, product reviews and recommendations, and vlog-style content, all of which have led her account to accrue more than 19 million likes.

Before Fame

Growing up, she was always fascinated by makeup and reveled in trying on the products her mother sold as an Avon representative. At the age of 12, she received a deluxe makeup set for Christmas, and she began experimenting with different looks and products on an even greater scale. After watching makeup tutorials shared by beauty influencers on YouTube, she was inspired to create her own channel and platform to share her passion for beauty products, to show other people living with disabilities that they could do so as well, and to showcase different types of beauty.

Family Life

Her mother Cindy has been her primary caretaker for the majority of her life. She has a younger brother who is extremely protective of her. She has stated that she feels her disability made her family even closer than most families typically are.
