Fitness instructor who is known for being both a performance and rehab specialist. He is both the founder and technical director of the company Ignite and works as a performance specialist for Al Ahly SC. 

Before Fame

He first began playing sports at the age of 5. He then went on to play football for Zamalek and the Egypt national team. After traveling to the US for a semester, he began focusing on science as a way to train athletes.
