British chef, restaurateur, and content creator known for being one of the founders of the sustainability-focused London restaurant Fallow which he launched with chef Will Murray and entrepreneur James Robson in 2019. He is also known for the Fallow Chefs YouTube and social media channels where he shares recipes, chef tips, kitchen videos, and behind-the-scenes restaurant content with over 2.2 million subscribers.
Before fame
He started working in kitchens when he was about 13 years old helping his father who was also a chef. He left school when he was 16 years old and completed an apprenticeship at Calcot Manor where he gained experience in areas including outside catering and pastry. He moved to London and worked at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal which is where he met Will Murray, and their friendship and shared approach to cooking eventually led them to create Fallow together in 2019.
Trivia
He won a 2021 Acorn Award from The Caterer alongside Will Murray. He and Will began uploading videos on their YouTube channel in 2022 and had amassed over 1 million subscribers by 2025.
Family life
He grew up in the Cotswolds in England and was introduced to professional kitchens through his father's work as a chef. He is a father.
