On her glutenfree.followme Instagram account, she shares gluten-free recipes, restaurant recommendations, product reviews, and tips for eating gluten-free. She has amassed over 140,000 followers on the platform.

Before fame

She graduated from Georgetown University and moved to New York City for a job in finance. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with celiac disease and had to learn how to navigate a gluten-free diet on her own. She began researching gluten-free foods which eventually inspired her to create her platform.

Trivia

She was named one of the Top 25 Gluten-Free Influencers in 2019 and one of the Top 30 Gluten-Free Personalities in 2020. In 2021, her platform was voted Top Gluten-Free Online Resource and Top Gluten-Free Website for the sixth consecutive year.

Family life

After living in New York City and Los Angeles, she moved to Connecticut with her husband Brendan and their three children Chloe, Liam, and Ava.
