Her full name given to her by her parents is Jacqueline, but she goes by Jacky. She was a late entry to her season of GNTM, as she was initially a standby candidate. She became a brand ambassador for VETO Animal Welfare.

Her parents were veterinarians, and before going on the show, she worked at their clinic. She has a sister.
