Before fame
He developed through Victoria's elite junior football system. His early football journey included time with the Waverley Park Hawks and Dromana before progressing into the NAB League with the Eastern Ranges. He attended Rowville Secondary College and joined the Rowville Sports Academy in 2018. He was selected by the Adelaide Crows with Pick 36 in the 2021 AFL National Draft. He made his professional debut in Round 1 of the 2022 season. He signed a long-term contract extension with the Adelaide Crows in 2023 that keeps him at the club through 2029.
