José Luis Mendilibar

A retired Spanish football player who played in the midfield position. He made 290 appearances and scored 34 goals, mainly for Sestao. He now holds the role of manager at Sevilla. 

Before Fame

Before he retired from playing and started coaching, his career stretched across 15 years from 1979 to 1994 playing for Bilbao Athletic, Logroñés, Sestao, and Lemona.

He made 497 appearances and 63 goals throughout his playing career. He has coached more than 10 teams throughout his professional coaching career.
