Chinese Canadian chef and restaurateur known for his "third culture cooking" style that blends his Chinese heritage with North American comfort food and fine-dining technique along with being the founder and owner of the restaurant Jun's. He is also known for appearing on multiple food and lifestyle television programs across Asia and Australia including Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield and Masters of Taste with Gary Mehigan

Before fame

He is a third-generation chef and began working in kitchens when he was around 12 years old in his father's restaurant in Chicago. He trained and worked in restaurants across Canada, the United States, and Europe, including time in Belgium, before stepping into leadership roles. His career changed in 2012 when he moved to India and became Executive Chef at Ellipsis in Mumbai. He became Corporate Chef and F&B Director for hospitality groups in India in 2015. He joined White Panda Hospitality in New Delhi in 2019. He relocated to Dubai and opened his own restaurant Jun's in 2022.

He was born in Canada and raised between Toronto, Canada and Chicago, Illinois. He comes from a family of restaurateurs and is a third-generation chef. He married Andrea Michele Brown in 2016. He is a father.
