Before Fame
She started acting and musical theater when she was 4 years old. She trained at Theatre Under the Stars and later attended Episcopal High School. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts from Pepperdine University. Her passion for music led her to study at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where she further developed her skills in songwriting and music production. She released her first album Of Vinyl in 2019. She released her EP Of Summer in 2021.
Trivia
Her stage name Kendra & the Bunnies was inspired by her love for the whimsical and habitually late character of the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. She won Best Artist of the Year (Multi-Genre) at the Josie Music Awards in 2021. She has also been nominated for several awards, including Best Song and Music Video of the Year for her single "Self Love Proclamation" in 2022.
