Visual artist also known as Hatecopy whose pop art inspired by South Asian culture has helped her land on the cover of Elle Canada and amass an Instagram following of more than 190,000. Much of her work was compiled in the successful book Trust No Aunty (2017).
She moved from Pakistan to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada when she was nine years old. She worked as a copywriter at an ad agency before becoming a full-time artist.
Both of her parents are chemists.
