Fitness instructor and personal trainer who focuses on both strength and conditioning workouts. He trains both in group and one on one sessions as well as providing meal plans. He shares his workout related photos and content with his over 450,000 Instagram followers.  

Before Fame

He first began posting pictures of work out routines, exercises, and fitness modeling shots to his Instagram in March of 2012. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology Fitness. He also received a Masters of Science Degree in Kinesiology Fitness at California State University, Long Beach.  

Trivia

In addition to his Instagram, he runs a website at Giovannitraining.com which offers a variety of training services, videos on how to work out, and a variety of before and after pictures with former clients. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in San Dimas, California. He posted a picture at his graduation with his father to Instagram in February of 2014.
