Brazilian American fitness athlete, bodybuilder, and social media star known for competing in the IFBB Professional League as a Bikini Pro, including earning her IFBB Pro card in 2021 after winning Bikini Open Class A at the NPC Universe Championships. She is also known for her Instagram account @milenelingiardi where she shares training routines, competition prep, and plant-based fitness content with over 130,000 followers.

Before fame

She began weight training during her first year of college in 2009 and initially lifted for confidence and strength rather than competition. She did not enter the bodybuilding world until the end of 2019, when she competed in her first show. She won the Bikini Overall title at the 2019 NPC Holiday Classic and captured a major win at the 2019 NPC Midwest Gladiator Championships. She competed at the NPC Universe Championships in 2021 and won Bikini Open Class A and officially earned her IFBB Pro card.

Trivia

She adopted a plant-based diet in January 2021 after watching the Game Changers. She works full-time as a civil engineer in renewable energy.

Family life

She was born and raised in Brazil before relocating to the United States as a young adult.
