With a passion for cooking early on, she began documenting her recipes and creations online in 2011. Quickly that blog developed into her online brand Just One Cookbook.

She is known for being the founder of Just One Cookbook which as a website and book features a variety of the most popular Japanese dishes as well as tradition cooking methods and recipes to explore. Family Life

She was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan. She learned to cook from her mother who prepared a variety of different meals daily. She then moved to California at age 20 where she met her husband.
