He has a daughter, Joanna, with his wife Sally Wilson.

He met golfer Justin Rose twice, in 1999 and in 2016. In April 2021, he posted  to Instagram with star Saffron Barker noting her great dancing skills. He met bodybuilder Martyn Ford in January 2021.
