Chinese actress, activist, and poet known for her roles in television shows including Better Call Saul, Sunnyside, and Hacks. She founded her own production company, Collective Sex, and focuses on eliminating stigmas around gender and identity. She starred in and acted as an executive producer for the show Mercy Mistress.

Before Fame

She attended Colgate University in Hamilton, New York where she majored in women's studies.

Trivia

As a doula, she acts as a trained companion to those experiencing significant medical events, and she offers her services for free to LGBTQ individuals.

Family Life

Although born in China, she spent most of her childhood in Minnesota while her father pursued a PhD. When she was fourteen, the family moved to Shanghai, China where she attended an American school.
