Also known as Count of Monpezat, he is known for being in the line of succession to the Danish throne. He was confirmed in the Church of Denmark on April 1, 2017 at the Fredensborg Palace.
He was born at Rigshospitalet at Copenhagen University Hospital. He attended pre-school at the Garnison Church in Copenhagen and then attended Krebs School in Osterbro where his father and brother also attended.
While he was given his official title of "His Highness Prince Felix of Denmark" at his birth, he wasn't awarded his title as "Count of Monpezat" until April of 2008 when Queen Margrethe II granted the title to her male-line descendants.
He was born and raised in Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, Denmark. He is the younger son of Prince Joachim and Alexandra, Countess of Frederiksborg.
