Before Fame

She attended Ndowa Comprehensive for her education and started pursuing a career in Nollywood when she participated in the reality series The Next Movie Star of Africa. She then gained further attention in May of 2018 when she started sharing photos through her Instagram.

She was born and raised in Banjul, Gambia where her father Winston Shyngle was former deputy mayor.
