Television host and media personality known for co-hosting Fox & Friends Weekend. She is also known for having appeared on The Real World: San Francisco in 1994. 

Before fame

She graduated from Arizona State University in December 1993 with a degree in economics. She was cast on The Real World: San Francisco in January 1994. She moved into the Real World house on February 12, 1994. She appeared on the season when it premiered in July 1994. She became nationally recognized as part of one of MTV's most historically significant casts. She returned to the Real World franchise in reunion-style specials and retrospective features over the years. She reinvented her career as a political commentator and morning-show host. She was a guest co-host on ABC's The View in 2014. She then became a permanent co-host on Fox & Friends Weekend in 2021.

Trivia

She wrote the children's book Paloma Wants to Be Lady Freedom which was published in 2019. She has regularly appeared across Fox News programming beyond Fox & Friends Weekend including prime-time panels and special coverage. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. She has a master's degree in international affairs from the University of California, San Diego.

Family life

She was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona. Her parents were junior high school teachers. She has a sister named Leah. She married former congressman Sean Duffy in 1999 and together they have nine children. Their family has been widely covered in media, including stories about their youngest child, who was born in 2019 with Down syndrome.
