Her workout videos have appeared on Jagran TV and she was featured on the February 2020 cover of Marsplay E-Magazine. In 2022, she was also recognized as Google's Top Fitness Influencer in Delhi. 

Before Fame

Her fitness journey began after she gave birth to her first child and signed up at a local gym. She was frustrated to learn that the only option for women was cardio and decided to go against the cultural norm and even her own personal trainer's advice by weight training. She then began using social media as a platform to educate other women about the benefits of weight training as well.
