Before fame

She began playing basketball when she was 5 years old. She led Westlake High School to four consecutive state championships and was ranked the top point guard in the 2021 recruiting class before attending South Carolina. She was selected 10th overall by the Indiana Fever in the 2026 WNBA Draft.
