Young gang member who was murdered at the age of eleven by fellow members of the Chicago gang, Black Disciples.
He dropped out of school at age eight and began stealing cars. In August of 1994, at the age of eleven, he killed a young girl in his neighborhood with a semi-automatic weapon.
He was killed, execution-style, by fellow teenage gang members, Derrick and Cragg Hardaway.
His mother, Lorina Sandifer, was arrested numerous times on drug charges, and his father, Robert Akins, was incarcerated for the entirety of his son's life. Robert Sandifer suffered tremendous abuse and neglect during his short life.
He and rapper Torence Hatch both grew up in the 1980s in neighborhoods riddled with crime and gang violence. Hatch was imprisoned in his early adulthood on murder charges.
