Famous for her hosting work on the Philippine variety program Eat Bulaga!, she is also notable for her role as Empee on the GMA Network comedy series Daddy Di Do Du, as well as for her performances in the Enteng Kabisote films.
Before beginning her acting career, she worked as an early education teacher.
She grew to an adult height of only four feet and eleven inches.
