She appeared on her now-owner's front porch on October 28, 2022. She was taken in, fed, and cared for until she became more trusting of people. Her social media account was created just a few days later, on November 6, in order to help raise funds for pet supplies and medical expenses such as vaccinations and spaying surgery.
