Before fame

He started experimenting with online videos as early as 2010 when he made one of his first food review videos. He eventually revived his food content in 2021 after trying Van Leeuwen's Kraft macaroni and cheese ice cream. He officially launched his @snachwithzach TikTok and Instagram platform in 2022 after reviewing unusual snack collaborations such as Old Bay Goldfish.

Trivia

He launched the Snacks Give Back fundraiser in January 2025. His Release Roundup series became his major breakout, and he has created than 150 unique Release Roundup videos covering new fast food, snack, and drink releases as of 2026.

His real name is Zach Ciampa and he is from Andover, Massachusetts. He has cohosted The Beef Medium Podcast with his brother Matt.
