He is especially known for building his global investment and real estate brand through Gtext Holdings, SACI Holdings, Stephen Akintayo Foundation, Stephen Akintayo University, and his wealth building conferences along with sharing entrepreneurial and business content on Instagram with over 1 million followers.

Before fame

He read Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad when he was 17 years old which helped change the direction of his life and inspired him to begin pursuing entrepreneurial ventures. His big break came after he founded GileadBalm Group Services in 2008 which would eventually evolve into Gtext Global/Gtext Holdings.

He was recognized with the Forbes Best of Africa Leading Investment Coach and Real Estate Mogul award in 2023. He is also known for writing multiple books including Billionaire Habits, Billionaire Codes, Becoming a Billionaire Land Banker, and The Information Millionaire. He launched Investment Chat in a Rolls Royce in 2020, The Leadership Podcast with Stephen Akintayo in 2024, and the Billionaire Habits Podcast in 2025.

Family life
