Jordanian award-winning executive chef and culinary content creator known for serving as Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Amman along with previously working at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and The St. Regis Doha. He is also known for his Instagram and TikTok accounts where he shares modern Middle Eastern recipes, professional kitchen techniques, and behind-the-scenes culinary content with a large global audience of over 310,000 Instagram followers and over 240,000 TikTok followers.

Before fame

He developed an early interest in cooking, and his passion for food began in childhood while watching his mother cook traditional Jordanian dishes at home. He then became inspired to pursue cooking professionally after meeting a family member who worked as a chef. He began his professional culinary career in the 1990s and worked in various hotels and restaurants throughout the late 1990s and into the 2000s. He joined Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai as Executive Chef in 2012 which was a major steppingstone in his career. He became Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Amman in 2023.

Trivia

He helped create a 65-tier celebration cake for Jordan's 65th National Day in 2012 which was displayed at Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea and received media attention. He won Chef of the Year at the Leaders in Hospitality Awards - Middle East in 2017. He received a Gold Award for Chef of the Year at the Hospitality Excellence Chef Awards in 2018. He was recognized as Chef of the Year for the fourth consecutive year at the Leaders in Food & Beverage Awards in 2020.
