English chef who is best recognized for his work as the head chef of Cornerstone in Hackney. He is also known for having served as chef de partie and later head chef at the St. Enodoc Hotel.
He started his career as a chef by helping with prep work and pizzas at a local pub in Cornwall. He then went on to train with Paul Ripley at Rick Stein's Restaurant and St. Kew Inn.
He is also known for having appeared on Great British Menu where he won the South West heats and competed in the finals.
He was born and raised in Cornwall, England and shared a photo with his father Geoff to Instagram in June of 2016.
He is known for having trained under fellow acclaimed chef Nathan Outlaw.
