Before Fame
He attended the Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU)for his undergraduate degree. He earned a master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence also from IMSIU. He received a doctorate in the Department of Comparative Fiqh from the Institute of the Judiciary. He then began working at various mosques and became involved in many different political and governmental agencies in Saudi Arabia.
Trivia
He had the Quran fully memorized at 15 years old. He has led prayers in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Egypt, and other countries throughout the world.

He was born and raised in Al-Kharj province in Saudi Arabia. He has two daughters and two sons.
