Japanese science fiction horror anime series adaptation of the manga series written and illustrated by Hitoshi Iwaaki. The plot centers on a teenage high school student who lives with his parents. One night, tiny aliens called Parasites arrive on Earth, taking over the brains of their human hosts.
Trivia
The series' opening theme song is "Let Me Hear" performed by Fear, and loathing in Las Vegas. The ending theme is "It's the Right Time" by Daichi Miura.
