Fitness instructor whose apfau Instagram has 1.4 million followers. His content revolves around exercise and nutrition, and he offers workout and diet tips. He highlights major mistakes people tend to make, and what to do for the results they want. He is the owner of Pfau Fitness.

Before Fame

He began working out in 2005 at the age of 15. He describes himself then as "shy", "insecure" and "too embarrassed to take his shirt off". He began posting to Instagram about his fitness journey, hoping to help others with the frustrations he encountered. By 2015, his first year of law school, he was obsessed with running his account and creating content. Eventually, he quit law to focus on his fitness business full-time. 

Trivia

In September of 2022, he posted a video to his Instagram demonstrating the proper way to do a lat pull-down. It went on to gain over 45,000 likes. He has been a bodybuilder and has shared some pictures of himself on Instagram from 2010 and 2011 shows.
