Bosnian rapper known as Frenkie whose politically-themed songs have earned him a following in his native country. He's known for his albums Povratak Cigana, Pokreni se, and Protuotrov.
After moving to Germany during the Bosnian War, he discovered hip hop and rap in his teens. After returning to Bosnia in 1999, he became part of the group Disciplinska Komisija.
After his song about police corruption, "Mr. Policeman," earned a fine for a radio station that played it, he then released a song criticizing the censorship.
He was born in Bijeljina, back when it was part of the Soviet Union.
