Actress and model whose long list of acting credits include starring roles in films such as The Revenge, Valerie, Reverse, The Innocents, High Life, and The Pit. She has also played recurring characters on television including Kerstin Novolk in The Secret of the Cipher Fortress and Julia Milton in It's Now or Never!, and made single-episode guest appearances on shows such as Crime Scene and Police Call 110.  

Before Fame

She studied at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, Poland, before commencing a modelling career in Paris, France. She made her professional acting debut as Larysa Kvitkovskaya in the 1998 film Love and Do What You Want. 

Trivia

She earned a Best Supporting Actress Award from the 2003 Polish Academy Awards. She also won a Shooting Star Award from the 60th Berlin International Film Festival.

Family Life

She is the daughter of Ludgarda Buzek and Jerzy Buzek, the latter of whom is the former Prime Minister of Poland and President of the European Parliament. She has been married to her husband Adam Mazan since 2006.
