She was only two when she had her first public performance at her parents' church. However, into her teens, she instead dabbled in acting, appearing in films like Mo' Better Blues and Life with Mikey.


In 2014, she was a featured artist on Anita Wilson's gospel album Vintage Worship.

Family Life

Her father, Eric Figueroa, was a bishop. She would often sing around the house as a child, taking after her older sister Timiney. In May 2012, she married Chris Sean Cooper and the pair later had a son named Chris Jr.
