Founder, president and CEO of Christian rock label Tooth & Nail Records. The label has grown to encompass sub-labels BEC Recordings, Solid State Records and Uprok Records.
He attended Oregon State University, graduating in 1992 with Bachelor of Science in Broadcasting and worked for the Christian label Frontline.
He started Tooth & Nail in his bedroom with the assistance of a small loan.
He's lived in Seattle with author Sarah Jio and they share three boys.
Some of the acts associated with Tooth & Nail include the metal band Underoath which includes Chris Dudley, Spencer Chamberlain, Grant Brandell and Aaron Gillespie.
