Before Fame
He studied at G.S. Lakie Middle School and at the Lethbridge Collegiate Institute. In the year 2009, he earned a volleyball scholarship at Lethbridge College where he studied for a diploma in business administration, majoring in accounting. He played for Lethbridge College Kodiaks, and his volleyball coach introduced him to CrossFit, which he then incorporated into his training.
Trivia
At the 2016 Wodapalooza Fitness Festival, his team of three won first place. At the 2018 CrossFit Games, he won first place in the West Regional.
