She is also known for simplifying skincare routines, educating her followers about ingredients, and for creating structured learning through her online skincare course and masterclass.

Before fame

She spent over a decade in the corporate world working for major companies such as Amex, NDTV Good Times, Emaar MGF, Jabong, Myntra, and Medlife before she became a skincare expert. She developed management skills and business experience during this period which helped her build her skincare education brand. She began posting content on YouTube and Instagram in 2019. She launched her first major collaboration Suganda × Chetali Chadha in 2022. She introduced a paid skincare course in 2023. She was referenced by India Today for her skincare commentary in 2024.
