Thai chef who is known for working as the head chef of Blue Hill at Stone Barns. She is also known for sharing pictures of her ingredients, cooking process, and finished meals to her Instagram for her over 50,000 followers.
She studied at the University of Nottingham where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Related Services. She then went on to study Professional Culinary Arts at the International Culinary Center in 2014. After working as a Lead Line Cook at Water Library Hospitality, she became head chef at Blue Hill.
