Before Fame

She played soccer growing up and attended the University of Northern Iowa where she earned her B.S. in kinesiology.

Her first job in the field of fitness was working as an intern at Premier Fitness Solutions in Illinois. 

Family Life

She grew up in a house full of girls, but her dad called her the "boy" of the house due to her interests.
