Coogie

About

Korean rapper with 410,000 followers on his coogie Instagram account. He rose to fame after appearing on the rap competition TV show, Show Me The Money 777 in 2018. His studio albums include: Up!, S.O.S., and the mixtape I Got A Feeling.  In 2020, he released the single "Fadeaway" with Jvcki Wai, Paloalto, The Quiett, and Bassagong, which won Collaboration of the Year at the Korean Hip-Hop Awards. In 2022 he signed with the Hip-Hop label AOMG. 

Before Fame

He was born in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, South Korea. He started listening to foreign hip-hop and writing lyrics when he was in the fifth grade. He first signed to the hip-hop label ATM, founded by rapper Bill Stax. In 2018 he released a debut single, "HBK" and later a debut EP "Coogie".

He has parents, an older sister, and a dog named Cream.
