Striker who played in the Yugoslavian leagues and with the Glasgow Rangers in the Scottish Premiere League from 2004 to 2007. He was a member of the Croatian national team from 2003 to 2006.
He began playing professionally in his late teens for his hometown's NK Zadar, and after several years moved to France to play for FC Rouen.
With over 100 goals in close to 350 appearances, his timely goalscoring helped Monaco FC reach the UEFA Champion's League Final in 2004 and the Rangers to win the League the following year.
