Irish professional Gaelic football player known for his work with the Dublin senior team. He is known for playing as a left corner-forward and free-taker.
He attended Catholic University School where he played rugby union due to the lack of a Gaelic football team. He played for the Ballymun Kickhams club before he made his senior debut with the club in 2008. His senior debut for the Dublin team came shortly after in 2013.
As a player for Dublin's senior team, he helped the club win multiple All-Ireland Senior Football Championships in 2013 and 2015 as well as multiple Leinster Senior Football Championships in 2016 and 2017.
He was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. His father Barney Rock is also a professional Gaelic footballer who played for Dublin.
He played alongside Stephen Cluxton on the Dublin senior team in 2013 where they won the Leinster Senior Football Championship.
