Business executive who has risen to fame as the president of Nintendo of America. In February 2019, he was announced as the heir apparent to become Nintendo's COO and president in April 2019.
He graduated from the University of Utah in 1984 with his BA in organizational communication and business. He subsequently worked in sales for Procter & Gamble for ten years.
He worked as Nintendo America's VP of Sales, where he oversaw the release of the popular Nintendo Switch console in 2016. He previously worked for Electronic Arts.
He and his wife Gail share two children named Erin and Kyle.
He was announced as Nintendo America's impending new COO and president to succeed Reggie Fils-Aime.
