Draško Stanivuković

Bosnian Serb politician known for being the mayor of Banja Luka since 2020. At 27, he's the youngest person to be mayor of Banja Luka. He's a member of the Party of Democratic Progress. He's also the youngest elected member of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which he was a member of from 2018-2020.

Before Fame

He attended the University of Banja Luka. He founded the Association of Citizens "Be DIFFERENT" in the year 2014. The organization helps build schoolyards, gyms, and aids people with medical conditions. 

Trivia

He received the highest number of votes of any candidate in the 2018 Bosnian general election. He made history in 2021 when he met with the mayor of Sarajevo in Banja Luka. It was the first time since the end of the Bosnian War that the mayors of the two largest cities of Bosnia and Herzegovina met.

He is from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. His family is one of the wealthiest in the city. His father is Dragan Stanivuković.
