Cake designer and baker with a London-based shop called Emelia Jackson - Cake Designs who competed on series 6 of MasterChef Australia, finishing as a semi-finalist.
After graduating from university with a bachelor's degree in psychology and management/marketing, she explored the world for six months. She got a full-time marketing job before appearing on MasterChef Australia.
She began working as a content manager for YourGrocer in January of 2016.
Her father is Australian while her mother is a mix of Serbian, Macedonian and Greek.
Her competitor and eventual winner of MasterChef Australia Brent Owens gave away $50,000 of his $250,000 in winnings to Emelia after a pact they made on the show.
