Nigerian politician and lawyer who became a member of the opposition's All Progressive Congress before rejoining the People's Democratic Party. He was named the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 2006.
He earned a degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London in 1983.
He served as his country's Minister of Aviation from 2006-07.
