Puerto Rican tattoo artist renowned for his large-scale black & grey and Japanese-style tattoo work. He has said that he treats every tattoo like a painting, bringing the same artistic philosophy to his work as a tattooist that he does in murals and canvas work. He has been recognized as a master of organic blackwork.

Before fame

He began working as a graffiti writer when he was 14 years old, creating wild-style lettering and mural productions before transitioning into tattooing. He entered the tattoo world in 2002 by studying Japanese style influences step-by-step.

Trivia

He famously customized a pair of T.U.K. Shoes Casbah boots, upon which he incorporated a graffiti-inspired finger-wave design, stating that it was his favorite motif to tattoo. He is part of the Emaki Art Collective, a group that highlights master tattoo artists who specialize in organic blackwork and large-scale body art.

His real name given to him by his parents is Juvel Vazquez.
