Bishop of the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God and considered an expert in the paranormal. His services include leading meetings for spiritual strengthening and deliverance from curses. As of 2020 he was responsible for Universal in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. 

Before Fame

He was born into a Pais de Santo family where his father had 300 followers and owned a spiritist center. His father was originally opposed to his birth. He suffered from tragedy and addiction in his youth, living amongst heavy crime in Rio de Janeiro. His mother's efforts to get him spiritual healing freed him from addiction. 

Trivia

His bpguarasantos Instagram channel has 500,000 followers. He posts videos of sermons, baptisms, and religious healings. He and his events have been featured on Brazilian news programs. He sometimes posts cute videos of animals to his Instagram. 

Family Life

He married Thaís Helena Santos in 1990. His mother was from Minas Gerais and his father was from Rio Grande do Sul.

In January of 2023, he posted a video of an otter helping to clean up a pool to his Instagram, using the song "Everywhere You Look" by Jesse Frederick, also known as the Full House theme song.
