He is a published author who has written several books on Nutrition and Food and is also known for his work as a member of the American Society for Nutrition. Before Fame

He studied Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Granada. He then began his residency in several different countries including England, Ireland, and Italy before moving to Florida to open his own practice called Nutrillermo. He then began offering online consultations as well. 

Trivia

He was named Fellow of the American College of Nutrition and is the first in Spanish history to receive the honor. He is also a member of Doral Pro Health which is a foundation that offers free health services to people without health insurance throughout Florida.
