American business executive best known for becoming the CEO of Rolling Stone in 2021. Prior to his promotion, he had served as the brand's president and chief operating officer since 2017. He is also the executive producer of several film documentaries, including SuperVillain The Making of Takashi 6IX9INE and Jackass Reunion: 15 Years Later.

Before Fame

After graduating from Brown University in 2012, he took an entry-level job at Rolling Stone. Later becoming part of the digital aspects of its website, it saw site traffic climb 40 percent during his tenure. He subsequently became the head of digital for the online editions of Wenner Media's magazines, Rolling Stone, Us Weekly, and Men's Journal. During that time, he launched the standalone country website for Rolling Stone and administered the publication's sale to Penske Media Corporation.

Trivia

While attending Brown University, he formed a folk-rock band called Gus + Scout with Demi Moore and Bruce Willis's daughter, Scout LaRue Willis. They released their eponymous debut EP in 2012.

Family Life

He was born to mother, Jane Schindelheim, and father, Jann Wenner, the latter of whom founded Rolling Stone and co-founded the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He has a brother named Theo. In 2024, he went public with his relationship with actress and model Elle Fanning when the two made their red-carpet debut together at the 81st annual Golden Globe Awards.
